Overview
Seaview Lodge consists of several individual bungalows of 1 and 2 bedrooms situated in a tropical garden (100 m2) facing the bay of Anse Possession, on the north-east coast of Praslin, overlooking Ile Curieuse.
They can be rented out individually or together for a group of up to 21 persons.
All properties have sea views and a white sandy beach is within 50m. Some more recent properties have been built on stilts.
Shops and bus stop are 100m away, hospital and restaurant at 2.5 km and the airport 30 minutes by car.

Interior
All bungalows have a lounge/dining-room giving on to an open veranda with garden furniture.
Open-plan equipped kitchen.
The 2-bedroom bungalows have 2 double beds + en suite shower-room/wc + ceiling fan in each room
(one sleeping max 8 persons, the other max 6 persons).
The one-bedroom bungalows have 1 Queen-size bed + 2 single beds + en suite shower-room/wc + ceiling fan
(one sleeping a max of 2 adults + 2 children, the other 2 adults + 1 child).

Equipment – Kitchen & others
Fridge/freezer, gas cooker/electric oven, microwave, washing-machine, toaster, electric kettle, rice-cooker, coffee-maker. TV. Small safe. BBQ.

Staff
Daily cleaning service (except on Sundays). Baby-sitting available on request.

Neighbourhood
Praslin is the second largest island of the Seychelles. It is well-known for its multi-coloured corals, rare shells, around 900 species of fish and its fantastically shaped granite rocks decorating almost every beach. The island is a mecca for snorkellers, divers and botanists. The famous Vallée de Mai, home to the suggestively-shaped “cocos de mer”, exotic palm trees, black parrots and rare species of birds is 15 minutes by car . Anse Lazio (voted The World’s Most Beautiful Beach) famous for its rainbow-coloured sunsets is 7 minutes away by car. Snorkelling and line fishing in the bay facing the villas. Walks on the nearby mountain at the back of the properties. Praslin is the ideal place from which to explore the other islands in catamaran or other sailing boats: discover La Digue where oxcarts (used as taxis) and bicycles are the most popular means of transport, the bird sanctuary of Ile Cousin as well as the giant tortoises of Ile Curieuse (facing Anse Possession). The villa is 10 minutes from the jetty of the shuttle boat service to La Digue and Mahé. Other activities include deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, VTT, motorised water sports (available for a fee in the coastal hotels). For golf amateurs, Lemuria Resort offers an 18-hole (par 70) course while Casino des Iles welcomes those who wish to have a roll of the dice.
