General
The magnificent Villa Castello lies on the north west of Praslin on Anse Kerlan, one of the finest and beautiful beaches in the Seychelles. Situated in large grounds of stunning tropical vegetation, next to recently built Castello Beach Hotel, guests enjoy peace and tranquillity and the unforgettable view on Cousin and Cousine Islands as well as Mahe and Silhouette.

The transfers can be arranged by taxi within 10 minutes from the Airport Praslin to the Villa. 

Staff
The Villa staff consists of a housekeeper and a maid as well as an additional cook if necessary. Breakfast service available between 08:00 & 10:00 and dinner service between 18:30 & 20:30.

Accommodation
On the ground floor is the spacious living cum dining area (Stereo, CD-Player) and also a TV Lounge with video recorder, library, a well-equipped kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom with air con and overhead fan and en suite bathroom. Another double room with en suite bathroom and overhead fan is on the same level. Guest toilets.
On the upper floor are two further bathrooms with air conditioning and overhead fan and bathroom with shower. A large terrace gives a stunning view over the islaands.
The outside rear terrace leads to a large swimming pool (80m²), covered pool bar with barbecue area, and a boat house. From the beach pavilion one can enjoy excellent swimming and long walks along the Anse Kerlan beach.

On arrival.
First meal is offered (evening dinner or breakfast). There is also a possibility of staying on half board.

Neighbourhood
Nearby is a supermarket and two small grocery stores (10 minutes on foot). About 8 kilometres from the house are hotel bars and restaurant. Many shops and boutiques are found in the village of Grande Anse. Further restaurants and hotel bars can be found in the south and east of the island. One of the famous luxury hotels in the Seychelles, the Lemuria, is only 1,5 kilometres away on the north west point of the island.
Discover the wonderful underwater world of the Seychelles with snorkelling and diving. On Praslin there are various excellent diving schools. Golf can be played on the famous beachside 18 hole golf course of the Lemuria Hotel.
