Overview
These two villas are on beautiful Grand Anse beach on Praslin, one of the most endearing islands of the Seychelles.
Transfer from Mahe either by an hour ferry (fast catamaran) or by air direct from the International airport on Mahé by helicopter or turbo-prop 17 seater
followed by a mere 2min drive from Praslin Airport to the Villa.

Accommodation
They are 2 self-catering villas nesting behind the waving fronds of the coconut tree-line at Grand Anse and only a few footsteps from the beach.

Villa "Adam"
A spacious villa with 3 comfortable bedrooms all air-conditioned and with own bathrooms, an executive sitting room, two covered patios,
 a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is satellite TV (DSTV) in 2 of the bedrooms.
Facilities
Room 1 (Downstairs) - 1 king size extra length bed and 1 3/4 bed plus 1 cot upon request.
Room 2 (also downstairs) with 1 king size extra length bed
Room 3 (upstairs) - one king size extra length bed and two 3/4 beds
Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ Grill, Jacuzzi, Room safe, Hairdryer

Villa "Eve"
This deluxe 2-bedroomed villa, on the left side of the property when facing the ocean,
offers a magnificent sea view from the first floor balcony and direct access to the beach, which is 40m away.
Each en-suite bedroom is separate from the living area, offering privacy for friends travelling together.
Facilities
Room 1(Upstairs) - 1 king size extra length bed and 1 3/4 bed plus 1 cot upon request.
Room 2(Upstairs) - 1 king size extra length bed
Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ Grill, Jacuzzi, Room safe, Hairdryer
Can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably

Staff
Team of 3 staff will assist you during your stay with cleaning, cooking [basic meals], serving and washing up .
Their working hours are 08h00 to 16h00 [a supplement of Euro 3 only applies per staff member for each additional hour].

New self-catering Apartment on the first floor of a private villa, with 1 air-conditioned bedroom with private bathroom and separate open-plan lounge,
with sitting and dining area as well as fully-equipped kitchen, plus balcony facing the entrance to the property.   
The sofa bed in the living comfortably sleeps 2 children or 1 adult.
