ANSE ROYAL MAHÉ ISLAND SEYCHELLES

The Royal Bay Villa is situated towards the southern part of Mahé Island.  It overlooks the beautiful bay of Anse Royal and its magnificent beach.

Located at 100 meters or a convenient two minutes walks from the beach it offers safe and enjoyable swimming all year round
and is in proximity to shops and restaurants for your convenience.

THE VILLA

With its Mediterranean ‘hacienda’ look it offers four well appointed bedrooms upstairs,
two of which with double beds are en suite whilst the other two (1 double & 1 twin) share a large bathroom. 
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own external balcony and most bedrooms also offer views of the ocean.

On the ground floor is located a lounge, dining area, a large well equipped kitchen, pantry and laundry.

Access to the villa is either by a rear door leading from a covered car port or through the front terrace. 
The terrace overlooks a beautiful swimming pool and wooden deck where you can relax or sunbathe.

A ‘Balinese type’ gazebo overlooks the pool and provides an alternative al fresco dining or lounging area.

Nice sea view and the beach is a 3 to 5 minutes walk from the villa

 THE SURROUNDINGS

The villa sits in a lovely lawned garden bordered by magnificent tall palm trees.

It is a fully enclosed property with access through an electric gate thus offering total privacy. 
As it is situated on a secondary road leading from the beach it is therefore a very peaceful location.

 A Starter Pack of basic food and beverage items are provided upon arrival for your convenience.

VILLA MANAGER

A Manager on site will maintain contact and assist you in order to ensure your comfort and well being throughout your stay.
