Overview

Main villa: This private and superb tropical villa, designed by the owner, who is a prominent local architect, has a fabulous eagle's-nest location on a ridge of hills. It reigns over the peace and serenity of pastoral southern Mahé’s picturesque valleys, allowing a breathtaking 180° view of the ocean on each side and of the mountainside opposite.
It is however to be noted that it is only a 5-minute drive to two fabulous beaches.
This open-plan 300 sq metre villa capitalizes masterfully on a majestic site with superb design characteristics
that include a magnificent, traditional thatched roof, bedroom balcony, spacious terrace and swimming pool with gazebo.

Inside

Ground floor: The main villa provides 3 bedrooms with fans (1 with a double bed & 2 with single beds).
They share 2 bathrooms and toilets.

Above: an elegant master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

A large games room featuring billiards and table tennis.

The neighbouring villa offers a lounge, a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms (air-conditioned downstairs, and upstairs with ceiling fan), providing functionality in an atmosphere of intimate ease.

Equipment - Kitchen & others

Gas/electric cooker fitted with an extractor, American fridge/freezer, Mixers, Toaster, Can opener, etc.

Staff

Housekeeping: 7 days a week, 8 hours per day. Lunch and diner can be provided with prior arrangement
(to be charged per head)

Neighbourhood

5 minutes drive from two of southern Mahé’s most attractive beaches.
Close to supermarket, petrol station, bank, health clinic, spa, gym, several fine restaurants and a number of hotels.
The Villas Latanier location is, quite simply, superb.
