The Coral Strand Smart Choice Hotel is a U-shaped 5 storey building with a patio with ocean view, a central swimming pool, restaurants and bar.
You can choose Standard (24 m2), Deluxe (48 m2, ideal for staying with kids) or Premium Ocean View Silhouette rooms (28 m2).
Total number of rooms: 165

Standard Rooms: 140. Garden view 36, Sea view 104.
All Standard Rooms are equipped with IP TV, IP phone, wardrobe, tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, shower, WC, A/C, electronic personal safe and hair dryer.

Deluxe Rooms: 21. Garden view 4, Sea view 17.
In addition to the standard they are also equipped with a bar counter, additional LCD, sofa, cupboard, offering private seating area.

Two elevators connecting all floors from ground level. The Reception Panoramic elevator overlooks the ocean. The majority of rooms enjoy a fabulous ocean view, garden view is a great alternative too. We have a lift connecting all floors from ground level.

Restaurants & Bars.

The Island Trader with its high ceiling offers a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean with Silhouette Island and North Island gently rested upon the horizon. Breakfast Buffet is served between 07:00hrs and 10:00hrs. In the evening from 19:00hrs to 22:00hrs guests may enjoy the chef's culinary delights at a Buffet which varies daily.

The Mahek Restaurant is a fully air-conditioned Indian restaurant featuring a gastronomical selection of Indian Cuisine served in traditional antique style ware. It boasts a "show cooking kitchen" where guests have the opportunity to watch the chefs at work. Dinner is served from 19:00hrs to 21:45hrs

Directly next to the pool, the Ocean Deck Pub, a legendary bar offering views of the Ocean and majestic sunsets. Draught beer (the only place in the bay), drinks and exotic cocktails are served from 11:00hrs to 23:45hrs in an informal atmosphere with live music in the evening. A meeting place for visitors and locals alike.

The Sea View Restaurant situated in the Island Trader also offers A la carte during lunch time from 12:00hrs till 16:00hrs. Vegetarian dishes and children's menus are served upon request

Dive with Blue Sea Divers (booking at the reception). All diving arrangements and tours are conducted by internationally accredited diving instructors. Diving equipment may also be purchased at the Diving Centre.

Water Sports
Water sports activities are located at the beach front of the hotel.
Non-motorised water sport equipments: body board, windsurfing, hobby catamaran and snorkeling are free of charge.
Hotel guests enjoy a 10% discount on motorized water sport equipments like water skiing, banana boat and Jet Ski.
