The Lodge, which borders Anse Reunion beach,
is situated in a peaceful and exotic tropical gardens of coconut palms,
takamaka trees and a variety of flowering plants
overlooking Praslin
Island
Description
It is the main hotel on La Digue and comprises 69
rooms
with a wide choice choice of accommodation ranging from chalets to suites.
The former Garden Villas is now called Petit
Village
as the word ‘Villa’ suggest accommodation in a single building.
However the Petit Village rooms are side by side touching bungalows
in a row and terrace with Garden View.

Amenities
Le Pecheur Restaurant offers creole specialities and
international cuisine.
The Pool Restaurant serves a variety of snacks, pastries and a la carte
menu from 10:00 to 18:00.
No
windsurfing and sailing facilities at the Lodge.
With regards to water sports only diving and diving courses and
snorkelling are offered.
Free of charge snorkelling excursions to the neighbouring islands and
underwater reserves
going out in a traditional motor sailing schooner.
Some of the islands ask a landing fee from 10 to 20 Euro maximum which is
not included.
Horse-riding at l'Union within 15 min walking from the Lodge.
A wide choice of cocktails is served from the various bars and restaurants
A Diving Centre is located next to the pool
and is managed by professional PADI & NAUI certified instructors
You can become a qualified diver in 5 days
and a Resort Course for absolute beginners is also provided at the centre.
Ox-cart transfer is available from the jetty at nominal cost
Accommodation
All bedrooms are equipped with
air-conditioning, minibar, TV (international channels),
IDD telephone, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
The Plantation House
Facing the beach with panoramic views it is comprised of 9 suites:
5 of one double bedroom and 5 of two bedrooms
(the
second bedroom only sleeps one adult or two children)

Chalets
"A-frame chalets" with extra bed in attic with bath and separate shower
offer spacious accommodation on two levels:
suitable for couples and family of up to four
and children love to climb up the ladder to their own special bed on the
upper level.

"The Yellow House"
This famous colonial house which dates back
to 1900
has been declared a national monument of Seychelles
Thanks to careful renovations of the interior there are now 8 rooms
each with a spiral staircase leading down to a luxurious bathroom

The Petit Village (see above)
These 7 villa comfortable rooms are tucked away in a quiet corner of
the gardens,
each with a private veranda and all interior comforts to be expected of a
5-star facility
