What you see here is a large 400m2 family-owned villa right on the beach. It is divided into 4 independent apartments : 2 on the ground floor referenced GI & CO and 2 delightful duplexes on the first floor referenced HA & JO. These have 3 bedrooms and a large cot thus sleeping 5 adults plus a child under 3, and GI has 3 doubles plus a cot sleeping 6 adults and a young child. They all overlook the beach. Two bedrooms of every apartment is air-conditioned (GI has all 3 bedrooms air-conditioned), the last one with ceiling fans.

In addition there is a very comfortable duplex of 3 double bedrooms on the side of the villa also facing the sea (hidden by the "badamier" tree on the photograph) which has a master en-suite bedroom and a second bedroom fully air-conditioned.

All apartments are individually privately-owned, kept in pristine condition and are very comfortably furnished without being luxurious. All crockery, towels and bed linen are provided and a maid comes in for 2 hours everyday (except Sundays & Public Holidays) for house cleaning, bed making etc. If however ironing or light cooking is required, she would be pleased to oblige charging £1.50 to £2.00 per hour. Baby-sitting can usually be arranged locally but is more difficult when required for late evenings owing to transport problems.
