DIVING SEA FAN DIVING CENTRE Situation:
Our East coast dive centres are based on the Palmar and Belle Mare
beaches, on the premises of The Residence, Beau Rivage, Palmar and
Ambre
Hotels. Our
North coast dive centre is based on the premises of the Legends Hotel at
Grand Bay. Our
North West coast dive centre is based on the premises of La Plantation
Hotel at Balaclava. Weather
conditions: Light
and moderate breezes and water temperature from 20/28°c all year round. Crew:
Each dive centre is run by a PADI/CMAS instructor assisted by 2 PADI dive
master supported by a qualified skipper and rescue diver. Safety
features: All
boats are equipped with VHF, oxygen medic first aid kit. The technical and
safety features are part of the convivial ambience. Education:
PADI/CMAS
courses are taught using the modern pedagogic methods. From
introduction, scuba and international qualifications, the dive remains
first the pleasure and fun of diving. The
equipment:
Each dive centre is equipped with 20 complete scuba sets Scubapro, The
centre is performing under the S.E.A SCUBAPRO/UWATEC convention, PADI 5
Stars Gold Palm emblem. Exploration
dives:
2 dives per day (9hrs and 13hrs) are made off the lagoon with depths
varying from 8 to 35 metres where different fishes can be observed: Upon
request and weather permitting from the East Coast, A
review on scuba diving is compulsory if you have not dived for more than a
year for your own safety and that of others. All the dive centres are under the direct supervision of Ben Cadet and Jean Marc Cangy both PADI/CMAS Instructors with an experience of 20 years in the tourism and dive field.
