Mont Choisy - Stretching from Trou aux Biches Village Hotel to Mont Choisy beach, the longest and most popular public beach in Mauritius, is the residential/beach-hotel area commonly called Mont Choisy. Its white band of powder sand, more than a mile long, curves along its turquoise bay and the inviting shade of the casuarina trees. Villas and apartments chosen stretch from Trou aux Biches to the beginning of the public beach, providing residents with access to several beach areas. These villas and bungalows are close enough to Grand Bay, the popular tourist resort, to be accessible by car or public transport within 5 minutes but far enough to enjoy peace of mind and privacy sought by most visitors. Pointe aux Canonniers - Stretching from the well-known Choisy beach to Grand Bay is Pointe aux Canonniers, well-known by regular visitors to Club Med. While sea-bathing is not fabulous owing to shallow water beyond Club Med, the inviting Mont Choisy bay is only a few minutes walk away with its turquoise lagoon and gentle waves lapping the shore. The Club Med allows non-resident tourists to take advantage of its restaurants, bar and evening shows against modest fees (very useful for evening entertainment), and if you prefer the bustle of Grand Bay and its numerous restaurants, duty-free shops and its festive atmosphere it is less than a kilometre away. Grand Bay & Pereybere - The hub of tourist activities in Mauritius. Alive all day and all night long with an incredible array of restaurants, bars and night-clubs as well as fashion and specialist shops stretching along its yacht studded turquoise bay, Grand Bay is the tourist show-case where big game fishing, outer islands sailing trips, under-water walking and other attractions are there for your enjoyment. We have chosen a wide variety of accommodation, from the most luxurious properties to the more moderately-priced properties, and further north, between Pereybere and Cap Malheureux, have added several beach houses with swimming pools. Cap Malheureux - Cap Malheureux is a small fishing village located on the northernmost tip of Mauritius, just north of Grand Bay and Pereybere (2 miles from Pereybere). Cap Malheureux offers magnificent views of some small islands off the coast, such as Ile Plate, famous for its lighthouse, Ile Ronde, a wildlife bird sanctuary, and Coin de Mire, an enormous rock of historical importance, since it was from there that the English secretly embarked on September 2, 1810 to win over the island from the French. It is home to several nice beach villas, some of which can now be rented. We have several in our portfolio and we invite you to view them. Climate-wise, Cap Malheureux, dry with a light breeze is well served. Calodyne/Grand Gaube - In the north-east, not far from Cap Malheureux, this small fishing village is a quiet resort with a couple of hotels and a few private bungalows. At Calodyne, some 2 kms before reaching the village of Grand Gaube, we have chosen the comfortable bungalow/hotel complex Calodyne-sur-Mer and added a couple of delightful beach bungalows in Grand Gaube, a stone's throw from the fish landing station where fresh fish and lobsters can be bought and enjoyed practically everyday, and more recently added a dainty beach complex of 6 duplex houses around a lovely swimming pool.

Poste Lafayette - Poste Lafayette is a lovely and peaceful resort that reveals the authentic
and unspoilt Mauritius, perfectly convenient for a peaceful stay and unforgettable

north-west suffer from the heat during the summer months (November to
March), Poste
Lafayette remains cool and enjoys a pleasant climate. On the other hand, during the winter

We have chosen for you two sea-front establishments which we believe offer the best
all-round amenities and comfort, namely La Colombiere and Coral Beach, and
recently added several beach properties from budget bungalows to
high-class villas to the portfolio.
Trou d'Eau Douce - In addition to our villas we have included a couple of small hotels on this beautiful beach practically opposite the well-known "Ile aux Cerfs", the most favourite excursion destination for everyone visiting Mauritius. Pointe d'Esny/Blue Bay - Right opposite l'ile aux Aigrettes is Pointe d'Esny, a quiet resort between Mahebourg and Blue Bay. Rather windy in winter, it is glorious during the summer month when swimming in the lagoon and lazing in the warm sun are at their best. We have chosen for you a very comfortable bungalow sleeping 8 guests right on the beach at Pointe D'esny as well as a beach complex offering very comfortable studios and apartments, while in Blue Bay we have chosen a cluster of small apartments and comfortable studios right on the beach. To continue our drive for finding good value smaller hotels around the coast to complement our self-catering villas, we have added the recently refurbished Blue Lagoon Hotel as well as beauiful Le Preskil Hotel and Resort. These two hotels are the closest to the international airport. Riambel Souillac - On the southernmost tip of Mauritius, the awesome beauty of giant waves crashing on to Souillac's rugged coastline at Gris-Gris and its wild vegetation give a strange air of Brittany to this otherwise quiet and restful resort favoured by those who seek refuge from the madding crowd. We have a rare property on the fabulous beach of Riambel which is new in our portfolio. Le Morne - Going west now along the most beautiful part of the coast of Mauritius, through Baie du Cap and spectacular Maconde we arrive at Le Morne with its several famous hotels where we have chosen a small complex of 8 studios bordering on the Hotel Paradis golf course for those seeking budget accommodation. Close to several hotels with all their amenities the complex is within a private zone enjoying 24 hour security. Higher up Le Morne mountain and enjoying a fabulous view of the bay across the golf course are two of our top luxury villas. Riviere Noire/Tamarin - Now going north along the west coast, some 15 minutes drive away, we reach Riviere Noire which is quite popular with those looking for exhilarating surfing emotions whilst holidaying at a slower pace. It is a peaceful resort famous for its big game fishing clubs, organisers of international fishing events. We have chosen two charming hotels for you, namely Island Sports Club and Tamarind Hotel, as well as a top-luxury beach-front villa: Tamarin House. Flic en Flac - Still on the west coast, south of Port Louis, is the resort of Flic-en-Flac, a seaside village quite popular with tourists. Close to all amenities such as banks, restaurants, bars and night-clubs it is less than 1 km from casinos and beach hotels. Flic en Flac beach is more than a mile long and most popular with swimmers the whole year round. It should also be noted that Flic en Flac is a divers paradise where under-water caves and wrecks make their delight. Luxury beach houses - All around the coast are dozens of beach villas kept in pristine condition for their own private use by their wealthy owners. These houses are very rarely rented out and except for a few of them practically never during the high seasons: Easter, the month of August and the Christmas/New Year period.
