L’ARCHIPEL restaurant, located in
the main building, overlooks the pool and the beach and set up across
three areas, two of which are open-air deck areas. L’Archipel is open
for breakfast, lunch, dinner and it offers an ŕ la carte service with
light Mauritian enhanced gourmet food.

LE BARACHOIS : Located in a unique
environment at a distance from our main building and surrounded by
mangroves, this floating restaurant comprises five decks seating a
maximum of 40 people. It overlooks a large natural fish reserve with
an exceptional unspoiled view of a mountain range. The sunset from Le
Barachois is breathtaking. The floating restaurant is open for dinner
and offers daily specials including grills, seafood and Mauritian
delicacies.

LE BEACH RESTAURANT is situated on a
wooden deck located near the beach. All the furniture are made of
wrought iron. It is open for lunch with an ŕ la carte menu and special
event each evening.

THE LAGUNA BAR is situated in the
main building, the bar overlooks the pool and the beach. The Laguna
has two sundecks and serves cocktail specialities of the house. There
is light music entertainment in the evening (piano, jazz, sitar,
concert flute).

THE LOUNGE BAR is located in the
main building overlooking the pool and adjacent to L’Archipel
restaurant, the Lounge Bar is comfortable and intimate, ideal for an
aperitif before dinner and after dinner drinks.
