Located on the south west coast of Mauritius, in the heart of the preserved nature of Bel Ombre, the hotel is an authentic paradise perfectly integrated into large sugar cane fields as well as lush vegetation. One of the newest hotels in Mauritius, it is also one of the most beautiful.

Upon arrival, comfortably installed, bewitched by the magnificent pond opening onto the Indian Ocean, you will be welcomed with a lemongrass iced tea freshly picked from the hotel’s gardens.

Rooms, Suites and the Villa, scatered through casuarinas, palm trees, frangipanes, hibiscus and bougainvilleas in 22 acres of tropical gardens.

The 500 meter beach, fringing the clear water of the lagoon is speckled with teak sun beds and Palm Beach umbrellas.

All spacious and luxuriously appointed Rooms(55 m2 for the smallest), Suites and the Villa are oriented towards the Ocean. They are comfortable and luminous thanks to large windows in the bedroom and bathroom.

Family rooms very well laid out are particularly recommended to parents wishing both to preserve their intimacy as well as having their children close by.

All 3 restaurants have their own personality: grilled fish and lobster for the beach restaurant, traditional and western cuisine in the main restaurant, innovating cuisine with Mauritian products for nice romantic dinners in the gourmet restaurant.

Located in the heart of the gardens, inspired by a Zen atmosphere, the sumptuous Spa dedicates its 1800 m2 to peace and serenity.

The humid pavilion accommodates the Turkish baths, sauna and Jacuzzi; it is also the right place for body wraps, scrub and hydro jet showers which provide deep relaxation.

Other relaxing massages are offered in other wooden pavilions surrounded by water which bring a feeling of harmony to body and mind. The ultimate relaxation will be in the solarium where aesthetic and peace are combined.

For the leisure part, there is a fitness centre, tennis courts, volley ball, bocci balls and mini golf as well a diving centre and a boat house where all water facilities are available.

A pottery and ceramic atelier, unique on the island offers the possibility to create ones own souvenirs.

The final wellness touch is the kids club, where the smallest guest will find entertainment while parents can enjoy a wonderful moment in this serene atmosphere of unashamed beauty.

Club Rooms as well as all Suites are located just a few steps from the white sand beach.
Deluxe Rooms are scattered throughout the gardens.
Family Rooms, a unique concept on the island, offer complete flexibility preserving at the same time the independence of both parents and children.
The Villa opens its 275 m2 on the lagoon, just a few steps from the white sand beach. Its 2 family bedroom and its private swimming pool will delight the most independent of our clients as well as large families by joining 2 extra Club rooms and becoming a real 4 bedroom 360 m2 villa.

RESTAURANTS & BAR

Poussada 1507: Open from 7:30am to 10:30am and from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, - seating 250
For sumptuous buffet breakfast where a large choice of tropical fruits is combined with warm dishes including delicious fresh handmade waffles and pancakes.
In the evening the atmosphere is transformed into something more intimate with its Table d’Hôte and buffets alternating several times a week.

Sirocco: Open from 12:00 to 3:00pm – seating 90
Light dishes or traditional Mauritian cuisine is served around the swimming pool overlooking the Indian Ocean.

Colonial House: Open from 7:00pm to 10:30pm – seating 60
A selection of finest fusion cuisine associated with subtle aromas, tastes and colours can be savoured in this gourmet restaurant.

Kazbar : Open from 10 :00am to midnight
Snacks can be ordered from 12:00 to 3:00pm or a traditional tea served during the afternoon.
Transformed into a theatre in the evening, where Mauritian history is revived with traditional Sega dances several times a week, it is also the ideal place for one to enjoy our selection of exotic fresh fruit cocktails.

Room Service: 24h / 24h

Clients staying on half board or full board basis wishing to have their meal a la carte will be offered a meal credit to be used for meals only (excluding drinks). It is not refundable or transferable if not totally used. Only amount above this meal credit amount will be invoiced to clients.

ALDANA SPA

Open every day from 09.30am to 8:00pm
The sumptuous 1 800 m2 gem, nestled in the heart of a beautiful garden and a huge aquarium where multicolour fish wave gracefully, prides itself with its 4 individual massage pavilions, 2 double massage pavilions including 1 VIP Suite with private entrance and changing room.
Hydros massaging corridor and shower, 2 Turkish bath, 2 saunas, Jacuzzi complete the wide choice of massages available. Also at clients’ disposal are large rest rooms with large relaxing armchairs or a Solarium on top of the tower with its secluded pool offering a breathtaking view: from the lagoon on one side contrasting with the hills covered with lavish undergrowth on the other.
All these facilities are complimentary on the day when a spa treatment is reserved and used.
Clients staying in Club rooms, Suite or Villa category, benefit from a complimentary and unlimited access (excluding spa treatments) to these extra facilities during their entire stay.
In addition to these facilities, clients will also find a beauty salon as well as a hairdressing salon.

LAND SPORTS

Complimentary activities: 2 tennis courts, Bocci Balls area, volley ball, aqua-gym, putting golf, ping pong.
Material is lent whereas tennis balls have to be bought at the hotel’s sport shop. (Unless clients have brought their own)

KIDS CLUB – Z’ENFANTS DEZ ILES – Open year round from 10:00am to 10:00pm

A program with a wide choice of activities depending of the age of children is proposed to our youngest clients.
An experienced and professional team is in charge of children aged 3 to 11. Children under 3 are also welcomed accompanied by an adult (parents or a baby sitter).
Lunch is served from 12:00 to 1:00pm
Snack is served from 4:00pm to 4:30pm
Dinner is served from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Baby sitting is also available on request at nominal fee with a minimum of 2 hours and 1 child per baby sitter

CHILDREN’S TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 1 Child aged 0-17 years old sharing parents’ room and sleeping in a sofa-bed is free in the Deluxe room category & Senior Suites (upper floor only).
2. One complimentary Baby cot per room. 
3. All Family Rooms have a separate bedroom for children (11sqm)
4. Family rooms (Deluxe and Club) are based on 2 paying adults with 1 child (3 to 17) complimentary accommodation on half board basis.

Children aged 6 to 17 years old in own room: 75 % of the adult rate year round except during Peak season. 

One adult sharing a room with a child is charged ‘single’ rate, and the child supplement applies according to age.

BUSINESS CENTRE

Ideal to host groups from 10 to 130 persons with its 10 air conditioned meeting rooms; the resort allows one to combine business and leisure in a breathtaking environment.
