We have been requested by the Management of the Heritage Golf & Spa to advise clients that there will be construction work next door to the hotel as from mid-January 2007 lasting 9 to 10 months.
We wish to advise that all necessary steps have been taken to keep any visual and noise disturbance to a very minimum such as the erection of a 4m high barrier above the boundary wall and a wooden beach boundary, and all compressors, pumps and generators housed in sound-proof enclosures. Please also note that legal working hours are from 07:30 to 17:30 and that main construction work will not start until March 2007
