This is the hotel gastronomic restaurant, which combines a fusion of flavours from the multi-cultural heritage of Mauritius predominantly Indian and Chinese,

Adjacent to Rive Gauche. This seafood venue which overlooks the spectacular three level swimming pool and the beautiful lagoon of Palmar is idyllic for a romantic evening.
Every Friday this 30-seat restaurant serves a special four-course lobster extravaganza.
Opening for diner only Tuesday to Saturday from 19h30 to 22h00.

La Mediterrannee*
As per its name, this poolside "Alfresco" dining is known, besides its a la carte menu, for its theme evenings where countries from the Mediterranean region are organised like a Moroccan couscous night or a Greek mezze experience not forgetting the bouillabaisse from Marseille or simply a traditional Spanish paella.
For lunch, a more casual approach and a lighter menu including wood oven pizza, kebab, risotto, tapas etc... is available.
This restaurant has a seating capacity of 60 and is opened for lunch from 12h30 to 16h00 and for dinner from 19h30 to 22h00 and throughout the day as a bar.

This popular venue, with its chic and elegant, colonial style, will entice you to relax awhile over a light lunch or a refreshing cocktail at any time of day.
High Tea is served at 4 p.m. One of the traditions of the British empire, bequeathed to its former colonies, it is at its best as here with scones and Indian sweetmeats.
