We leave the villa at 08:30 (on the West and South coasts) and at 09:30 on the North and East coasts

10:00 - 11:30 Visit of Caudan waterfront (duty free shops) and Port Louis market: Le Caudan Watefront is a must for shopping. Some 170 shops offer a very wide range of products from sports equipment to jewellery and watches, including books & magazines, body care, known brands in swimming and beach gear as well as plenty of gift possibilities.

- Caudan is a shopping stop ‘must’: chic duty-free boutiques, factory shops, big international brands, high quality textile products, ‘Craft’ market and cafés

- The market: Stall overflow with an array of neatly stacked exotic fruits and vegetables as well as local spices and crafts. The atmosphere is lively, colourful and most unique

11:45 - 12:45 Visit of the Pamplemousses Garden

- The oldest Botanical garden in the Southern Hemisphere; a shaded oasis of 25 hectares home to giants water lilies, dozens of varieties of palm trees, ebonies, medicinal and spice trees from the all over the world

- Cultural site based in an 18^th century former sugar factory depicting the history of a nation through the culture of sugar cane: origin, slavery, colonial life, birth of sugar industry, development, independence, economic diversification, today’s tourism…   

15:45 - 16:15  Stroll in Grand Bay and its duty free shops

16:30 - 17:00 Photo shoot at Cap Malheureux (the well known red roof church)
