DESCRIPTION
Charming 4 bedroom villa with pool in 2nd position in a tropical garden. Direct access to a fabulous beach at 70m. BBQ corner next to the terrace.

INSIDE

Ground floor
The living room has several areas: a sitting corner with rattan armchairs and low coffee table, a dining table seating 8 persons and a TV corner with 2 sofas and a card table. Another sofa which can convert to a bed for a child or an adult. This room gives on to a covered terrace with another dining table and a few armchairs.
Bedroom 1 (main): Double bed with air-conditioner, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps, radio cassette, en suite shower room with wash basin and WC. This bedroom opens on to its terrace with rattan furniture.
Equipped kitchen: Fridge/freezer, gas stove with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, kettle coffee-maker, washing machine and dish washer. 

Upstairs
Bedroom 2: Double bed with air-conditioner, bedside tables and lamp, wardrobe and en suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with air-conditioner, bedside tables and lamp, en suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 4: Double bed with air-conditioner, bedside tables and lamp, wardrobe and en suite shower room with wash basin and WC.. This bedroom also has a small mezzanine with a mattress for a child.

Swimming pool: Depth:  min 0m40 /max 1m40. Diving is not allowed. As the swimming pool is not fenced off, it is imperative that children are strictly supervised.

Maid service from Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 (except bank holidays)
