Trou d'Eau Douce - Trou D’Eau Douce with its beautiful turquoise bay is a picturesque village on the east coast of Mauritius.
The village has developed in the past few years mainly by reason of its proximity to Ile aux Cerfs and the well known hotels Touessrok and St. Géran.

Situated at the entrance to the fishing village of Trou d'Eau Douce on the east coast of Mauritius,
the Trou d'Eau Douce Beach Resort has 9 well-equipped studios and 6 apartments directly on the ocean.
Swimming is perfect directly in front of the resort at high tide, and only a short walk along the beach at other times.

The manager organises delivery of fresh bread every day on request and BBQs are also sometimes organised in the evenings
with the assistance of neighbouring restaurants.
There are several good restaurants in the village of Trou d'Eau Douce (1 km away),
and some of them will send a car to pick you up if you feel like going out for the evening.

Studios:
An air-conditioned spacious room with a double bed and dining table plus chairs.
The studios upstairs have a balcony with a superb view on the ocean and downstairs they have a terrace with direct access to the garden.
There is a separate bathroom with shower and WC plus a small kitchenette with a gas cooker, a small electric grill, a microwave oven and a coffee maker.

 Apartments:
The apartments upstairs have a balcony with a superb view on the ocean and downstairs they have a terrace with direct access to the garden and beach.
A living room with table and armchairs plus a dining table for 4 persons, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds,
a separate bathroom with shower and WC plus a separate small kitchenette with a gas cooker with 2 plates, a small electric grill and a microwave oven and a coffee maker.
