Trou aux Biches is by far the most sought after beach resort in Mauritius. It owes its popularity with discerning regular visitors mainly owing to its safe bathing for children, perfect conditions for snorkelling (either in its lagoon or along its reefs), and its fine silver sand. Its amenities include water and other sports (water-skiing, paragliding, snorkelling, sailing, etc), several restaurants and a casino.
