A charming 3 bedroom villa, renovated in 2009, sharing an enclosed tropical garden with two other villas, overlooking the beautiful beach of Trou aux Biches. The property is 100m from a well-stocked small supermarket, 1 km from a diving centre and a deep sea  fishing Centre, 15 minutes by car from the resort of Grand Baie with its array of restaurants, cafés, banks, hypermarket and chic boutiques of Sunset Boulevard.  This villa is ideal for a family with children or teenagers in view of its fine sand beach and its lagoon protected by coral reefs. Water sports are also available along the beach.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
Living room with comfortable armchairs, coffee table and TV (local channels only). The dining room has a balinese style wooden table and chairs for 6 and a sideboard. It opens onto a terrace, facing the sea, with a table and garden chairs. Well equipped kitchen. Guest WC.

Upstairs
Bedroom 1: aircon, double bed (1.8m x 2m), sea view.
Bedroom 2: aircon, double bed (1.8m x 2m), sea view.
Bedroom 3: aircon, 2 single beds (90 cms x 2m), view on rear garden.
Separate shower-room with twin wash-basins and WC.

Kitchen equipment
Fridge-freezer, gas stove/electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, washing machine.

Staff Service
Name of maid: Pratima
Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 12:00 (except bank holidays)

Maid duties
-         Cleaning the villa
-         Bed-making
-         Washing of towels and bedlinen
-         Ironing of bedlinen

Additional services offered by the maid (to be settled directly):
-         Ironing of clients’ personal items
-         Cooking lunch and dinner (rate October 2008 – Rs 300 per day)

Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to buy all the provisions.
The preparation of dinner is done in advance at midday.
