FEATURES

Accommodation: Bedroom 1 Four poster bed (bed size:1.90m ), air-conditioning, wardrobe, sideboard, en suite shower room with double wash basin and WC, access to sea facing private terrace with small table and chairs, view onto the Jacuzzi area, gardens and the ocean beyond. Bedroom 2 Double bed (1.40m bed size), air conditioning, wardrobe, en suite shower room with double wash basin, and WC. Direct access to rear garden. Bedroom 3 adjacent to the master bedroom 2 single beds (1.00m each), air conditioning, en suite shower room with double basin and WC. Bedroom 4 Double bed (1.90m), air conditioning, wardrobe and en suite shower room with double wash basin, WC and access to a small private terrace with table and 2 chairs with view over the garden and the ocean beyond.
Main entrance to the villa from the rear directly into the spacious open
plan living area: lounge with seating for 8 and direct access through French
doors to the front terrace, Games corner with card table and 4 chairs,
TV area with sofa and chairs, a small table, TV with Satellite channels
(Canal +), DVD player and telephone. Open plan spacious dining room with
large table.. Attached to the kitchen is a Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Large sea facing terrace with lounge area with sofas and a dining table for 8 guests. Spacious lawned front garden with tropical plants and trees, wooden sun-loungers, Garden Jacuzzi, BBQ and an outside open beach shower. Rear garden with tropical plants, seating area with table and chairs and parking for several cars.
