Villa d'Eden
Overview
Villa d’Eden is a very special private beach villa with its own pool
offering a privileged, quiet and relaxing stay within the natural
surroundings
where the beach at Poste Lafayette meets Roches Noires on the north east coast.
The villa offers the perfect holiday for couples and families alike.
The entrance to the villa is through heavy wooden doors and the ambience is
delightful.
The villa has been handcrafted by local workmen and is a harmonious blend of
wood, stone, stone and water.
The thatched portico leads to the covered veranda,
which overlooks the swimming pool and lawned BBQ area.
Interior
You enter the villa from the terrace via large teak double doors into the
hallway.
The interior of the villa is in yellows, beige and creams which off set the wood
and stone.
The lounge is tastefully decorated with the use of wood and paintings.
At the rear of the villa is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,
gas oven, microwave, washing machine and dish-washer.
This opens onto a formal dining area and comfy lounge, which leads onto the rear
terrace looking over the garden and the beach.
On the ground floor there are two double air-conditioned bedrooms, decorated in
pastel shades,
each with a ceiling fan and doors opening out on to the beach front garden
area.
They share a bathroom.
The master bedroom suite is reached by an open wooden staircase
and comprises a double bed with a single bed for a child in an alcove,
with a large en-suite bathroom (bath with ocean views and shower), a
dressing room,
and doors which lead out onto its terrace with marvellous views over the
garden,
down to the beach and out to ocean.
Refurbishment due to be ready from
1st October 2010 onwards:
The house is being refurbished: one bedroom, dressing and bath room added.
So as from the 1st of October the house will be able to sleep 8 persons.
Kitchen redone completely
Another room for TV has been added
Veranda in front has been enlarged
