Description
This beautiful 4-bedroom
villa is situated in a tropical garden overlooking the tranquil beach of
Roches Noires, in a cove protected from the wind, on the East coast of the
island. It is the ideal location for sports lovers: kite surfing (10
minutes), 18-hole championship golf course (Belle-Mare), jogging along the
coast. Shops are 2 km away, there is a supermarket within 15 minutes, a
restaurant/pizzeria within 5 minutes and the airport is 90 minutes by car.
In the garden, a thatch-roof gazebo, facing the sea, boasts Balinese style
wooden furniture for alfresco meals. Light and quality garden armchairs and
a parasol are also at the disposal of the guests to laze on the beach.

Ground Floor
The spacious living/dining room is
elegantly furnished: comfortable armchairs and sofa, small contemporary
glass topped table, coffee table, table lamps, side board, dresser, wooden
dining table and chairs seating 8. Large sliding louvre doors lead to a
large covered terrace with a sitting area with Balinese style rattan
sofa, armchairs and coffee table as well as a wooden table and chairs
seating 8 people for alfresco meals. Raffia blinds protect from the wind
and sun.
TV room with
satellite channels, DVD/CD, hi-fi and pool table.
Guest shower-room.
Well-equipped kitchen with beech worktops:
Fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Bedroom 2: Double
bed, air con, shower room with wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: 2
single beds forming a double one, air con.
Bedroom 4 (children):
2 twin beds, air con and ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room with wash
basin and WC.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1 (master): Double bed, air con,
dressing, TV (satellite channels), DVD, balcony and beautiful sea view.
Bathroom with bath tub, shower, wash basin and WC.
STAFF
Daily maid service 08:00 – 13:00 (except Sundays and bank holidays)
Daily maintenance of the garden and beach area
in front.
