Roches Noires is the
exclusive residential beach resort par excellence.
Located North of Poste Lafayette, and protected from the prevailing winds,
it conceals several luxury beach houses sometimes behind high walls.
We have chosen several of these lovely residences to cover all price ranges.
Villa Pointe Roches Noires
Large two-storey 5-bedroom villa on a fabulous
location on the very tip of Roches Noires.

The villa also consists of the following:
Ground Floor:
Entrance, lounge, dining-room, kitchen, kitchen pantry, laundry-room,
bach veranda with card table
and a front open terrace looking out over the
ocean.
First Floor:
A large Games room and bar (card table, small billiards table and
darts board), and a large open terrace with a fantastic view of the
peninsula and the ocean beyond.
Outside features:
Kayak as well as flippers and snorkelling gear
Weber Barbecue
Small electric generator in case of prolonged power cuts
(this will drive the fridge, the freezer, the electric pump and some
electric lights
but not the electric stove & oven, nor the kettle, the toaster or water
heater)
Our view:
An excellent beach-house geared for entertainment most appropriate for
a large family or group of friends.
The maid is in attendance
every morning for 3 hours
except Sundays & Public Holidays
