Roches Noires is the
exclusive residential beach resort par excellence.
Only a few kilometres from Poste Lafayette,
it conceals several luxury beach houses sometimes behind high walls.
We are choosing for you some of these lovely residences
La Perle d'Azur
Newly renovated and refurbished
to a high standard
and situated in one of the most
beautiful spots on the East coast,
it is bordered by a quiet beach with an
excellent swim and a forested greenbelt.
The quiet Coastal Road is ideal
for walking/jogging and cycling.
The enormous lagoon, which is protected by a coral
reef,
is safe for swimming and snorkelling and the beach is ideal for
toddlers.
ACCOMMODATION
3 spacious double en-suite and air-conditioned bedrooms
2 with double beds and one with two single beds.
An extra bed or a cot can be
organised on request
at an extra cost of £8.00/day.
The bathrooms have
hot and cold running water in the showers and wash-hand basins. The kitchen
is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, kettle, toaster,
microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and deep-freeze.
A serving hatch with
breakfast counter through to bar.
The
lounge is equipped with a television and hi-fi with CD player.
The dining room table seats 6
but
a
large party table and benches seating 12
are in the
comfortable patio.

the spacious covered patio
At the end of the garden a thatched gazebo overlooks the beach
and lagoon.
There is also an outside shower and barbecue area.
The
barbecue area is equipped with a stainless steel barbecue, seating and
lighting.
There are lights
in the gazebo, the garden and on the beach.
Beach loungers and beach
chairs are provided for your comfort.
Beach towels are provided.
A
double
kayak is provided
for you to enjoy the lagoon and local fisherman will take you to snorkel
on the reef, fish or picnic on the island in the lagoon.
They will be happy to supply you with fresh fish when available, if
requested.
Two
multi-speed bicycles
are also available for hire.
The coastal area is ideal for cycling. Local shop for daily supplies is
1.5 km away.
Hi-fi, CD player and DVD
player, library of books, games, CD’s and DVD’s
are also provided for clients enjoyment.
HOUSEKEEPER/CATERER
AND MANAGER
Our resident Housekeeper/Caterer and Manager (husband and wife
team)
will do their utmost to make your stay pleasant and memorable,
whilst respecting your privacy at all times.
They will assist wherever
possible to advise on and book tours and excursions for you and will also
recommend a variety of restaurants.
COOK SERVICES
Our
rates now include the services of an excellent cook.
She can do soufflés, all kinds of roasts, gratins, salads, creole dishes,
fish dishes, etc
Enjoy
typical Mauritian dishes, roasts, vegetarian, curries, salads, desserts,
etc.
Our cook will accompany you to the local shops to assist you.
We have a selection of menus.
BOOKINGS
OF 10 NIGHTS OR MORE
Lunch or dinner on arrival is included
for bookings of
10 nights or more,
and
so is a complimentary
starter pack comprising tea, coffee, milk, sugar, Coke, beers, bread,
butter, jam, toilet paper and soap as
well as airport transfers.
DAILY
SERVICING OF THE BUNGALOW
A
maid will clean each day from 09H00-12H30 and from 16H00-17H00
Sheets are
changed twice a week.
Towels and beach towels are changed every second
day.
A personal laundry service is also available.
BABYSITTING
SERVICES
A
babysitter is available
and we can arrange a nanny
to look after your children for a few hours every day. Charge will depend
on time required.
SECRETARIAL
SERVICE, EMAIL AND FAX
Should
you need to keep in contact with your office,
we offer a secretarial and
messaging service as well as use of our email address, telephone and fax.

SERVICING is between 9-12 a.m. and 4-5 p.m.
Sheets are changed twice a week and towels every second day.
Washing and ironing of personal laundry are included
in our rates.
Beach towels are supplied.
