Overview
Refined beach villa
of very high standard in Roches Noires and facing
Round Island and Flat Island.
With its wooden structure and thatch roof it ensures a warm atmosphere
whist keeping a cool inside temperature. It is typical of the traditional
Mauritius beach villas.
With its chalet architecture and tastefully selected furniture it is a refined
villa suited to a large family.
A deep and wide veranda ensures a well-aerated and cool living room
and a rustic styled terrace running all along the front of the villa
leading to the other rooms.
Its wooden deck right on the beach with an umbrella, table and
chairs offers peaceful breakfasts and sundowners with the gentle murmur of
the lapping waves and the humming of birds in the back ground.
Inside
A luxury lounge with deeply padded sofaswith TV and a dream dining room
for eight guests in addition to outside areas.
Three large air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and en suite shower room
and toilet.
Three children's bedrooms with electric fans on stands (2 with one single
bed, and the other with two).
Separate shower room and toilet.
A dainty separate 1-bedroom small villa fit for one couple on
honeymoon
One large independent air-conditioned double bedroom with en suite shower
and toilet facing the ocean.

Equipment - Kitchen & others
Large size fridge/freezer, gas/electric cooker, microwave, dish-washer,
electric kettle, electric coffee-maker, and toaster. Washing machine
and ironing area in the laundry.
Barbecue.
Staff
Maid service every day for 4 hours (morning) and 2 hours (late
afternoon)
An additional maid helps when there are more than 6 guests.
Sleeps 6 adults + 4 children in the large villa
Sleeps 2 adults in the dainty small villa
