   Description
This attractive villa is situated between Poste Lafayette and Roches Noires 
overlooking the shimmering ocean and quiet beach. 
Built on one level in a U shape, the villa has five bedrooms 
and a large entertainment area partly under thatch roof. 
in the centre of which is a large swimming pool facing a small garden at the back. 
In front of the villa is a long stretch of beach with slightly coarse white sand and the azure lagoon.
At that spot as the barrier reef is very close the waves roll in offering a spectacular view,
and although swimming is safe young children have to be watched closely.

   Accommodation
The villa has an outdoor as well as an outdoor dining area as well area with an open plan lounge. Leading from the lounge are two bedrooms:
a double with en-suite shower room, safe, air-conditioning and ceiling fan
 as well as doors leading to an ocean view terrace. 
A second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed with en-suite shower room and ceiling fan.


 
Around the pool deck are the remaining three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and air-conditioning. 
In the living room there is a TV with both local and satellite channels. 
The villa has a carport for 2 cars.

 Equipment
Two refrigerators, microwave, gas oven, dish washer, washing machine and coffee maker.
Although a generator provides electricity during cyclones or other power cuts
it emergency back-up and cannot provide enough power to operate airconditioners.
We have had complaints that the pressure of water in showers is low when there is a full house
but we understand that this is an endemic problem in Mauritius in older properties.

 Staff
A dedicated housekeeper and maid are in attendance from 9 am to 1 pm 6 days a week. 
They can prepare the meals if necessary and one of them can work in the evenings
 to prepare and serve the evening dinner for a small extra fee.
