This beautifully furnished 4-bedroom family villa, with its private infinity pool, is of spacious lay-out and high quality finish.  It is situated on the private Tamarina Estate - a superb domain of 206 hectares of land, on the West coast, consisting of a championship golf course, a clubhouse, a beach club and several exclusive villas designed in a modern colonial style, with wood, stone and traditional shingle roofs, in an oasis of tranquillity and lush tropical vegetation. The villa is a few minutes from a private beach club with pool, changing rooms, bar and restaurant and the 14^th tee of the Tamarina Golf Course.
Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are 5 - 10 minutes away by car.

Accommodation

The soft neutral tones of the interior design are enhanced by original art work.The rim flowing swimming pool, entered by broad steps across from the veranda, is 1.2m deep throughout so, like all pools in Mauritius, is safe for young children. The garden to the front and rear of the house is well maintained, with lawns, hibiscus, bougainvillea, frangipani, banana, papaya and other fruit trees. The house is stocked with CDs, videos, DVDs and books, which you are welcome to use. There is satellite TV with BBC, Sky and CNN News and good International Sports coverage.

The main living room has large four-seater sofas, two winged arm chairs, a 42” plasma TV (satellite channels) with DVD, video, music system, WIFI access, writing desk, sofa table and table lamps creating a romantic atmosphere.

The interior dining-room has a glass dining table and chairs for up to 10 and two sideboards.

The external living room has two large quality sofas, a coffee table and two wooden roman colonial chairs. It opens on to a large terrace leading to the infinity edge pool (1.2m deep throughout) entered by broad steps across from the veranda. The terrace boasts a BBQ, a stone dining table and wrought iron chairs for 8 for alfresco meals, as well as 4 sun loungers and 6 steamer chairs for relaxation.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and 6 bar stools: fridge-freezer, electric oven, 5-ring gas hob, ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
