West Coast
Further South on the West coast one reaches Tamarin, with its new Tamarina Golf Course, and popular with those looking for exhilarating surfing, then Riviere Noire long known as the hub of big game fishing where one holidays at a slower pace, before reaching the coast of Petite Riviere Noire where there are a few appealing properties with pool in quiet regions on the beach but more than a km from the main road. Further South still is Le Morne with its several beach hotels and Golf Course at the Paradis & Dinarobin hotels. This coast is dryer than the north coast and generally not yet spoilt by tourism and enjoys an all year round warm climate Also to be noted that no less than 2 well stocked supermarkets (European style) are now operating on this stretch of coast.

Comfortable family 4-bedroom villa with private pool in secure large garden on a quiet peninsula at Salines Pilot, a private family estate 4 km from Black River and only 50m from the beach and 1 km from the main road on the south west coast of the island. . Enchanting surroundings for a restful and serene holiday.
Lush gaden, sécure pool with the beach within 50m ensures this comfortable villa is the idéal place for holidays with children. One could easily forget that shops and several restaurants are all within a few minutes. In surrounding areas are activities such as kite surf at Le Morne, golf atTamarina, and dolphins jumping in the lagoon, or these long deserted beaches for jogging or the fabulous sunsets this peninsula is famous for.

Accommodation

Ground floor : 3 bedrooms with double bed, one with attached bathroom (shower) plus another independent shower room/WC.
On the first floor is a spacious bedroom with a double abed nd en-suite shower room/WC and opening onto its own balcony.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as having a fan..

The spacious living has a TV corner and opens onto a terrace faving the garden and the secure swimming pool with its loungers in the shade of a large umbrella.

Close by is a BBQ.

Well equipped kitchen: washing machine, dish-washer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer.

Personnel

The maid works from 9h00 to 13h00 except Sundays and Public holidays.
She can work extra hours if requested and she can cook excellent simple local food for a fee.

The gardener also attends to the swimming pool Monday to Friday except Public holidays.

Sundries

Satellite TV, Dvd, telephone & Wifi.

Welcome hamper as well as first meal provided on arrival.

On arrival one of our reps will welcome you and hand over the keys.
