West Coast
 Further South on the West coast one reaches Tamarin, with its new Tamarina Golf Course, and popular with those looking for exhilarating surfing, then Riviere Noire long known as the hub of big game fishing where one holidays at a slower pace, before reaching the coast of Petite Riviere Noire where there are a few appealing properties with pool in quiet regions on the beach but more than a km from the main road. Further South still is Le Morne with its several beach hotels and Golf Course at the Paradis & Dinarobin hotels. This coast is dryer than the north coast and generally not yet spoilt by tourism and enjoys an all year round warm climate Also to be noted that no less than 2 well stocked supermarkets (European style) are now operating on this stretch of coast.

Overview

Situated right on the beach at Tamarin, on the west coast of the island,
this comfortable 4-bedroom private villa with its nice swimming pool is a haven of peace
and has a stunning view of Tamarin Bay where dolphins may be seen quite often.

1 hour drive from the airport, but only minutes from the supermarket, bank, pharmacy and doctors.

 

Inside

Front veranda is spacious with sitting area and alfresco dining area near the swimming pool
which compensates for the beach somewhat eroded by the tide.

Wide lounge and dining room with rattan ware and wood furniture.

Air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and toilet.

1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed.

1 air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds.

1 air-conditioned bedroom set under the roof with double bed.

These 3 rooms share 2 bathrooms and toilets.

 

Equipment - Kitchen & others

Fridge/freezer, Gas/electric cooker, Microwave oven, Dish-washer and Washing machine.
TV in the lounge.

A generator is available to overcome power cuts. A safe. A Weber for barbecues.

Staff

Maid service from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm every day.
When the villa is full, a second maid makes up for the extra work from 10.30 am to 2.30 pm.
