A charming 4-bedroom villa, situated in a tropical garden with swimming pool giving directly on to the beach of Grande Rivière Noire,
typical fishing village on the West coast of the island.
It is some 2 km from London supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants of Black River and 3 km from Tamarin.
20 minutes from the main hotels of Le Morne and Flic en Flac and 45 minutes from the airport by car.
The property is 1 km from the main road along a private gated road of Les Salines Pilot leading to a private residential estate of a few exclusive villas.
On the Western Coast of the island close to the sea, overlooking the Morne Angler’s fishing centre, with fishing boats and sailing boat traffic,
and close to salt pans. A car is a must.
Witness beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

The tastefully furnished spacious lounge and dining-room open on to the veranda with its rattan table and chairs and modern wooden loungers, offering a lovely sea view and only a few paces away from the private swimming pool. Cosy TV room.  Main bedroom offers air-con, a double bed, a safe, an en suite bathroom/wc, sea views and direct access to the swimming pool and garden. Bedroom 2 has air-con, a double bed and an en suite shower-room/wc. Bedroom 3 has a fan, a double bed and swimming pool/sea views. Bedroom 4 has a fan, 2 single beds and swimming pool/sea views. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower-room/wc. Laundry room. Well equipped kitchen.

Large fridge-freezer, 5-ring gas hob, small electric cooker/grill, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker. Safe, telephone, TV, pool table, BBQ, kayak, bicycles.

Staff

Malini provides a maid service from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm every day (except on Sundays and bank holidays). A helper comes in when more than 4 guests are staying at the villa.

 Neighbourhood

A few of Mauritius upmarket hotels offering a wide range of activities as well as restaurants of different cuisines are within close proximity.  There is also a choice of restaurants nearby.  Activities include deep-sea fishing, surfing, kite-surfing, catamaran excursions to see the dolphins, windsurfing, deep-sea diving on the “Aquarium” site on the reefs of Black River, horse-riding/hiking/mountain-biking (Les Ecuries de la Vieille Cheminée at Chamarel), Quad biking excursions and Via Ferratta with Casela/Yemen Nature Escapade.  Sightseeing at Parc National des Gorges and visits to Casela Leisure Park (with its 1500 different birds, its elands, zebras and wallabies), Park Adventure (sport and entertainment), Riverland (tennis, restaurant and swimming pool).  Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the excellent 18-hole course at Tamarina (3 km) and Le Paradis Hotel at Le Morne (20 minutes by car).
