Description
« La Casa » is a luxurious and spacious villa, ideally located on a quiet
wonderful spot in north Pereybere, on the North West Coast of Mauritius.
The villa is situated in an elevated position with a few steps down to the
one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island.
The panoramic views on the north islands from the veranda are memorable and
ideal for sundowners.
The villa is designed to make the most of the Mauritius outdoor living
with pool, deck and large alfresco living area.
The architecture
and interior decoration of this property is stylish and unique.
The combination of both modern and antique furniture creates a homely and
welcoming atmosphere.
There are many seating areas and for entertaining there is a great pool
bar.
Ideally suited
for a family or couples travelling with friends looking for the ultimate
villa location.
Accommodation
The property is on two floors.
Of the two luxurious bedrooms, one boasts an en-suite bathroom and splendid
views of the tropical garden.
The housemaid who resides nearby ensures that this Villa always
maintains its original, high standard.
On the Ground Floor is
bedroom 1 a large air-conditioned double bedroom with direct access to the
tropical garden and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wash basin.
The spacious indoor living area has sofas and chairs and Plasma TV.
The indoor dining room has table and chairs for 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
TV room and Guest toilet.
On the first floor is the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with king size
bed (2m) and en-suite shower room with double wash basins and WC.
There is an air-conditioned children’s bedroom with bunk beds as well as a
further twin bedroom.
Both bedrooms share a shower room with shower, basin and WC.
The outside covered
veranda has both a spacious living area with sofas and chairs as well as an
al fresco dining room with seating for 8 persons.
A welcoming pool bar adjacent to the swimming pool complements the spacious
entertaining area with sun-loungers, table and chairs with parasols.
