Description
This well appointed 4-bedroom detached villa is
situated in the best residential area of Grand Bay, right behind Merville
Beach Hotel which overlooks one of the island’s best beaches. The property
is 100m from Around The World spa and boutiques complex and 600m from the
town centre with its boutiques, banks, supermarkets and a variety of
restaurants. An electric security gate opens on a well-maintained alleyway
leading to a coral-layered private parking area. Access to the villa and
garden is via an impressive private Javanese wooden gate. The slate-tiled
swimming pool lies between the thatched-roof gazebo with day bed and
Balinese style coffee table and the villa terrace which has a wooden decking
with sunloungers. The Balinese furniture, wooden openings and marble in
bathrooms adds an elegant touch.

Ground Floor
The indoor living-room is formal but light and inviting. It is
tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a 42” wall
mounted plasma TV, DVD and ceiling fan. Two large wood-framed sliding glass
doors open on to a spacious covered veranda with ceiling fan, contemporary
rattan sofa and armchairs, coffee table and a dining area boasting a large
wooden table and chairs seating 10.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (2m x 2m), air con, ceiling fan, en suite
bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate WC.
Well-equipped American kitchen: Fridge-freezer, gas stove/electric
oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker.
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2 (main): King-size bed (2m x 2m), air con, ceiling fan,
en suite bathroom with shower, his and hers washbasins, hairdryer and
separate WC.
Bedroom 3 (twin): 2 single beds (1m80 x 90cm), air con and ceiling
fan.
Bedroom 4 (children): 2 bunk beds and ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with bath, washbasin and separate WC.
Swimming pool: 10m x 4m. Depth: min 40 cm / max
1.6m. Diving is not allowed. As the swimming pool is not fenced off,
it is imperative that children are strictly supervised.
