During the
day, with its numerous hotels, specialist cuisine restaurants, fashion boutiques
etc as well as a host of tropical resort amenities such as big game fishing, outer-islands
trips, under-water walking etc, Grand Bay is indeed a very popular attraction and a must
for visitors. At night, Grand Bay becomes truly alive and activity does not die
down under the early hours of the morning. Only a couple of miles further north
along the coast lies the village of Pereybere with its very popular public
beach, by far the best beach in Mauritius. We have brought a few beach villas
from this lovely location into our portfolio.

A lovely 4-bedroom villa situated
in a well-shaded tropical garden with a beautiful front lawn rolling
directly down to the beach. With its location on the fine sandy beach of
Pereybčre in the Merville Bay, just a few minutes’ drive from the well-known
resort of Grand Baie, on the North coast, this villa is ideal for a family
with children. There are beautiful sea views from its terrace and the front
garden is also well suited to alfresco meals and sundowners.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
The living/dining room
is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, table lamps,
TV (satellite channels), DVD, dining table and 4 chairs. Wide sliding
louvre wooden doors lead to a spacious covered terrace boasting a
sitting area with rattan armchairs and coffee table and a Balinese style
wooden dining table and chairs sitting 10 people. The terrace opens directly
on to a well-shaded garden with 4 sunloungers and a plastic garden dining
table and chairs arranged for alfresco meals under the swaying tropical
palm trees edging the beach and the lagoon.

Laundry room with washing machine and ironing
facilities.
Well equipped kitchen:
Fridge-freezer, cooker with 4 gas burners/electric oven, microwave,
dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, double sink.
Upstairs
Main bedroom:
Double bed (2m x 1m90), air con, ceiling fan, 2 bedside
tables and lamps, wardrobe, dressing table. En suite shower room with
washbasin and WC. Direct access to balcony (2 chairs and a small table)
offering beautiful sea views.
Bedroom 2: Double
bed (2m x 1m90), air con, ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables and lamps,
wardrobe, chair. Access to balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3: Single
bed (90cm x 1m90) with trundle drawer bed (child), air con, wardrobe,
bedside table and lamp.
Bedroom 4: Twin
beds (1m90 x 90cm), ceiling fan, 2 bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe.
Separate shower room with washbasin and WC.
STAFF:
Maid service from Monday to Saturday (except bank
holidays) 09:00 – 13:00
