During the
day, with its numerous hotels, specialist cuisine restaurants, fashion boutiques
etc as well as a host of tropical resort amenities such as big game fishing, outer-islands
trips, under-water walking etc, Grand Bay is indeed a very popular attraction and a must
for visitors. At night, Grand Bay becomes truly alive and activity does not die
down under the early hours of the morning. Only a couple of miles further north
along the coast lies the village of Pereybere with its very popular public
beach, by far the best beach in Mauritius. We have brought a few beach villas
from this lovely location into our portfolio.

after white beach in the Merville Bay offering comfortable beach accommodation

This charming 4-bedroom villa is
situated in a well-shaded tropical garden with a beautiful front lawn
rolling directly down to the beach. With its location on the fine sandy
beach of Pereybčre, just a few minutes drive from the well-known resort of
Grand Bay, on the North coast, this villa would be
ideal for a family with children. There are beautiful sea views from its
terrace and the front garden is also well suited for alfresco meals and
sundowners.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
The living/dining room is furnished with
rattan sofas and armchairs for 8 people, coffee table, TV (satellite
channels), DVD and hi-fi. The dining area has a table and chairs seating 8
people. It opens on to a spacious covered terrace which boasts a
sitting area with rattan armchairs, glass coffee table and small glass
drinks tables, a dining table and chairs for 6, a sofa, a side table and
raffia blinds to protect from the sun. This open veranda offers lovely sea
views and gives directly on to the garden where palms and other tropical
trees provide shade while eating alfresco at the wooden garden table and
chairs seating 10, under a large parasol, or reading while taking a rest on
the sun loungers and garden armchairs.

facilities.
Well equipped kitchen:
2 fridge-freezers, cooker with 4 gas burners/electric oven, microwave,
dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, double sink.

Double bed (2m x 1m90), 2 bedside tables, air con, floor
standing fan, wardrobe, chair, TV. En suite shower room with washbasin and
WC. Access to balcony with 2 rattan armchairs and small table and lovely
sea views.
Bedroom 2: 2
single beds put together to form a double bed (2m x 1m90), air con, 2
bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chair. Access to balcony with sea
views.
Bedroom 3: 2
single beds put together to form a double bed (2m x 1m90), air con, 2 side
tables, wardrobe and chair.
Bedroom 4: 2
individual single beds (90 cm x 1m90), 2 side tables, air con, ceiling fan,
wardrobe and chair.
Another separate shower room with washbasin and WC.

Maid service from Monday to Saturday (except
bank holidays)
