Le Morne - With
the now famous Le Morne kite-spot on the tip of Le Morne peninsula attracting
kite surfers to Le Morne, we are pleased to offer some apartments besides our
luxury villas. All the 5-star hotels have been built along the exclusive beach
of the peninsula leaving private accommodation (villas, studios and apartments)
sharing a gated estate on the lower slopes of the hill overlooking the Paradis
Hotel golf course.
Other hotels close by: Dina Robin, Les Pavillons, and The
Indian Resort.
Other than the hotel beaches, there are public beaches
separating some of these hotels. The nearest
is some 800m from the residential area along the road past the Paradis and Dina
Robin hotels, and the famous kite surf spot is another 2km further along that
road on the public beach between Les Pavillons hotel and The Indian Resort hotel

bedrooms open on the terrace.
Long and spacious covered terrace with sea view overlooking the
garden.
This is where the dining room cum lounge is situated.
The terrace can be
closed off on all sides by electrically-operated shutters.
There is also a seating area and a small dining table with chairs under a
thatched roof surrounding part of the swimming pool
Kitchen equipment : microwave, toaster, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing
machine, fridge/freezer. Kitchen yard at the back.
Maid : 08-13h00 daily except Sundays and public holidays, mainly for
cleaning.
Extra maid for cooking at approx. £4 or 5 Euros per meal.
Handyman/gardener : 07-15h00 daily except Sundays and public holidays

Electronic alarm system with response
Generator to provide electricity in case of power failure.
Maximum number of guests: 6 adults and 2 children as owner prefers
that the
villa is not occupied to its full capacity.
Neighbourhood
A few Mauritius top class hotels are nearby and offer
water sports facilities (for a fee) and a choice of excellent restaurants to
non-residents. Within close proximity is Tamarin and Black River with their
shops, supermarkets, chemists and array of restaurants offering various
cuisines. Activities nearby include kite surf, wind surf, sea excursions by
catamaran to Ile aux Cerfs and Ile aux Bénitiers, sightseeing at Parc
National des Gorges, Casela Leisure Park (1500 species of birds, elands,
zebras, wallabies, etc), horse riding (Les Ecuries de la Vieille Cheminée at
Chamarel), mountain bike riding, hiking, Quad bike excursions and Via
Ferratta, tennis (Riverland in Tamarin), golf at Le Paradis Golf Course (Le
Morne) and Le Golf du Chateau at Bel Ombre (20 minutes by car), casino (Le
Morne and Flic en Flac).
