the now famous Le Morne kite-surf spot on the tip of Le Morne peninsula
attracting kite surfers to Le Morne, we are pleased to offer some apartments
besides our luxury villas. All the 5-star hotels have been built along the
exclusive beach of the peninsula leaving private accommodation (villas, studios
and apartments) sharing a gated estate on the lower slopes of the hill
overlooking the Paradis Hotel golf course.

Indian Resort.

This comfortable three-bedroom villa, with private pool, is situated in a lovely setting, at the foot of Le Morne mountain, squeezed between its back-drop and the glittering bay down below. Its large garden borders the golf course of 5* Le Paradis Hotel and boasts a large fenced-in swimming pool for those who prefer a quick cool-off dip to the waves of the bay. Its location is ideal for those looking for tranquillity while also enjoying water sports and golf. Le Morne is renowned for its all year round Kite surfing which has developed into one of its main attractions since the opening of its famous Kite Club close by known to kite surfers the world over. There are also 3 golf courses in the vicinity: Tamarina Golf Estate (20 mn by car), Le Paradis Hotel & Golf Club (next-door) and Le Golf du Chateau (Bel Ombre – 15 mn by car). There is also a tennis complex next door which is usually open to residents. The proximity of Le Paradis Hotel allows guests who pay an entrance fee to enjoy all water sports as well as the various restaurants and other amenities it offers. Please note, however, that during peak periods entrance to non-residents is restricted. Other hotels within proximity are the 5* Dinarobin, The Indian Club as well as the 4* Berjaya Le Morne and Les Pavillons - you will be spoilt for choice of restaurants and other sporting amenities. There is a public beach within easy walking distance (850m). A car is essential for shopping and sightseeing. Le Morne has no grocery shop. La Gaulette (10 mn by car) is the nearest village with a well-stocked supermarket and a few shops. The villa is 20 mn by car from Black River/Tamarin with its boutiques, supermarkets, bank and array of restaurants.75 mn from the airport.
ACCOMMODATION The living/dining room is furnished with rattan armchairs, coffee table, corner unit, lamp table, TV (English and French channels), dining table and chairs for 6, sideboard and dresser. It opens on to a large hacienda-style L-shaped covered terrace, furnished with rattan armchairs, which overlooks the sea down below and also runs on one side of the villa, alongside the fenced swimming pool. All the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and air con. Bedroom 1 (sea view): Double bed (2m x 1m90), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, en suite shower room with shower, wash basin and WC. Bedroom 2 (garden view): Double bed (2m x 1m90), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe. Bedroom 3 (garden view): 2 Single beds (1m90 x 90cm), bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe. Shower-room with shower, wash basin and washing machine. Separate WC. There are 2 small beds kept in the corridor which can be used for 2 additional children. Small back terrace. Equipped kitchen including a table with telephone, pc and internet connection. Kitchen equipment~ Fenced swimming pool: 4m x 10m. Depth: 1m – 2m. Diving is not allowed. Area between terrace and fenced swimming pool: BBQ, 2 sun loungers, garden table and chairs, parasol and sea view. STAFF: Maid service three times a
week (except Sundays and bank holidays) Additional services (at extra
