These luxury villas with private pool are a new concept, a new way of enjoying the Mauritius tropical lifestyle independently in a beautifully designed and managed secure exclusive estate. The estate is gated with security. The warm and integrated architecture completes the villa’s indoor and outdoor design with beautiful deck and pool area and lush gardens. They are ideally located on the edge of Grand Bay with its numerous restaurants and bars and are split in 2 estates 200m from each other. Phase 1 which has been completed early 2008 is around 900 metres or so from the sea and Phase 2 completed mid-December 2008 is just over 1km from the sea. Each villa is completely self-contained and independent, thus offering complete privacy.

Interior

The villa has an airy open living / dining room in natural colours with sea grass sofas and coffee table and Balinese table and chairs for 6 guests. The mood is relaxed and the rooms lead through French doors to the wooden deck entertainment area alongside the pool and the private tropical garden. There is a thatched gazebo with sofa for relaxation.

The master bedroom with large wooden bed (king size bed 2m) is spacious and leads onto the deck, private garden and pool area. The en-suite bathroom in marble is equipped with a bath, a separate shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom has an interior private garden. The bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe, satellite TV, internet connection, LCD, and music channels as well as a safe.

The second bedroom has another double bed and is air-conditioned. Attached is a shower room. Two extra children beds can be added in the lounge area..

Adjacent to the dining area is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hob, and dishwasher.

Additional hour for cooking or washing/ironing personal clothes to be arranged locally

Baby-sitter
A baby-sitter is also available with upon reservation with a minimum of 24 hours notice to the villa Manager. (Service with an extra)

Private Beach .
As from December 2011 there will be a private beach in Trou Aux Biches exclusively for our Oasis Villas guests. A shuttle will be available several times a day. Management is now working on a package for the shuttle and all the other facilities that will be proposed to our guests. The beach is a 10 minutes shuttle drive away.

Please note that a Security/Key Deposit of 500 Euros will be required of you on arrival
