This comfortable luxurious 4-bedroom private beachfront villa, is nestled in a mature tropical garden situated in the prime beach location of Merville. It sits in a slightly elevated position affording privacy and stunning views over the white sandy beach and the lagoon. This property guarantees tranquillity, relaxation and comfort and is a convenient 5 minutes by car to the resort of Grand Bay with its variety of restaurants, cafés and chic boutiques of Sunset Boulevard. 

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The living-room and dining area are tastefully furnished in the traditional style of Mauritian homes of yester years. The living-room has two sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV (satellite channels), DVD and Hi-fi. Up one step is the air-conditioned dining area with a large round dining table, chairs and a sideboard. Large French doors lead to a spacious colonial-style covered veranda with raffia blinds to protect guests from the sun and affords beautiful sea views. The veranda is spacious with comfortable rattan sofa,  armchairs and coffee table as well as  large dining table and benches. It is a wonderful to relax and enjoy the view if the beach and the bay.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, side table, wardrobe, armchair, reading table and chair. Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and WC.

Fully equipped Kitchen: Fridge-freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings and electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and blender.

Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2 (master): King-size bed (2m x 2m), air conditioning, TV, side tables, wardrobe, writing desk, chest of drawers, access to balcony with sea views. En suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 3: King-size bed (2m x 2m), air conditioning, side tables, wardrobe, writing table and chair, TV, chest of drawers and access to balcony with sea views.   

Bedroom 4: Single bed, air conditioning, writing table.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC.

Separate WC.

Garden: Spacious back garden with parking facilities. Manicured lawn leading down to the beach. Well-stocked front garden with mature tropical trees and direct access to the beach. Sun loungers, garden table and chairs and  benches.

STAFF: Monday to Sunday  09:00 – 13:00 and 19:00 to dinner time (except bank holidays)

- Laundry of bed linen and beach towels

Preparation of breakfast and meals (Karl)
