Grand Bay & Pereybere - Grand Bay, the main resort of Mauritius is the one "must see" beach village. With its numerous hotels and bars, specialist cuisine restaurants and snacks, fashion boutiques etc as well as a host of tropical resort amenities such as big game fishing, outer-islands trips, under-water walking etc, Grand Bay is indeed a very popular attraction and a must for visitors. At night, Grand Bay becomes truly alive and activity does not die down under the early hours of the morning. Only a couple of miles further north along the coast lies the village of Pereybere with its very popular public beach. It is an area where property rentals are inexpensive, often offering standard budget accommodation and guest houses. The beach itself is as good if not better than Grand Bay and seems to attract a larger proportion of the younger generation.

This charming villa is situated in a garden, laid out with lawn and tropical shrubs, giving directly on to a fine sandy beach fringing a beautiful turquoise lagoon at Grand Bay, on the North coast. The 5* Royal Palm Hotel is situated on the same beach, a mere 50m away. A few minutes walk down the road is the centre of Grand Bay with its array of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, banks and chic boutiques (Sunset Boulevard).  75 minutes from the airport by car. This beach house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

The sitting-room/dining-room is comfortably furnished with rattan sofas and armchairs, coffee table, drinks tables, ceiling fan, plasma TV (satellite channels), games table and 4 chairs, sideboard and a dining-table and chairs seating 8. It opens on to a spacious covered terrace offering sweeping views on the sea. This area has 2 seating areas with rattan sofas, armchairs and coffee tables as well as a dining table and 2 benches seating 8 for alfresco meals. Raffia blinds provide shade on sunny afternoons.

Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (1m90 x 90 cm) put together to form a large king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, air con, ceiling fan, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair; en suite shower-room with wash basin and WC. Access to the terrace with sea views.

Bedroom 2: Double bed (1m90 x 2m), air con, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Access to the garden with sea views.
