Completed around mid-1999, it is a cluster of some 30 large luxury villas built around a manicured garden in the middle of which is a large swimming pool.

All villas open through French doors and terraces onto that garden and the pool.

Residents also have the use of tennis courts and squash courts and although the beach and local shops are only a few minutes walk away residents seem to prefer the amenities available here.

The villa sleeps six comfortably but can accommodate 7 persons.
It is fully equipped to include bed linen and towels, and maid service.

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and modern cooking utensils.
A lounge and a dining area are incorporated in an open American style.
There are also toilet facilities, and a separate dining room with patio doors to the rear.

FIRST FLOOR:

2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The master bedroom leads to the front balcony that overlooks the beautiful swimming pool.
The single bedroom leads to the rear balcony.

SECOND FLOOR:

Penthouse bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower and a bath.
There are balconies to the front and rear of this room.

All the bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted units.
The Penthouse and the Master bedrooms are both air-conditioned.
The other rooms are supplied with fans.
Everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in the sun! 
All front balconies have adjustable awnings.
