Flic en
Flac Still on the west coast, south of
Port Louis, is the resort of Flic-en-Flac, a seaside village quite popular with tourists.
Close to all amenities such as banks, restaurants, bars and night-clubs it is less than 1
km from casinos and beach hotels. Flic en Flac beach is more than a mile long and most
popular with swimmers the whole year round. It
should also be noted that Flic en Flac is a
divers paradise where under-water caves and wrecks make their delight.

Overview
The Residence Grenadier is a nice complex including 16 villas and 39
spacious apartments built around a spectacular swimming pool
in Flic en
Flac on the west coast of the island..
Its tennis court and mini gymnasium and the swimming pool are for the
exclusive use of residents.
It is about 600 metres from the beach.
1 hour drive from the airport, but minutes from supermarket, banks,
doctors and pharmacy.
Facilities
16 townhouses each with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets,
spacious balconies and fully equipped kitchen
and there are also 39
apartments of 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The villa has a lounge cum dining room, air conditioned master bedroom
with en suite bathroom and balcony and 2 further bedrooms with fan
sharing another shower room.
The apartments also have a lounge cum dining room, air conditioned master
bedroom with en suite bathroom and 1 or 2 further bedrooms which share
another bathroom.
Terrace or balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
Staff
All properties benefit from a maid service for one hour every day for
house-keeping which is included in the rental rates.
