Flic en
Flac Still on the west coast, south of
Port Louis, is the resort of Flic-en-Flac, a seaside village quite popular with tourists.
Close to all amenities such as banks, restaurants, bars and night-clubs it is less than 1
km from casinos and beach hotels. Flic en Flac beach is more than a mile long and most
popular with swimmers the whole year round. It
should also be noted that Flic en Flac is a
divers paradise where under-water caves and wrecks make their delight.

Description
Le Palmier, built and furnished to the highest specifications is one of
the most beautiful beach complexes ever built in Mauritius.
It has 36 apartments, and is located in its private garden next to Le
Dattier. With its two beautiful swimming pools, it offers ideal
accommodation for families and friends spending their holidays together.
All apartments have either a balcony or a terrace.
The tennis courts and swimming pools forming part of the complex are for
the exclusive use of the residents.
The beach and the shops are 200 metres away. 1 hour drive from the
airport.

2-bedroom apartments of about 100m2
One air-conditioned double bedroom.
One double bedroom with ceiling fan.
3-bedroom apartments of about 120m2 to 140m2
Two air-conditioned double bedrooms.
One single room with ceiling fan.
All apartments have a well equipped kitchen, a living/dining room as well
as a shower room and toilet.
Kitchen
Fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven and washing machine. Kettle &
coffee maker. TV and mini hi-fi In the lounge.
Staff
1 hour maid service daily. 24 hour security service. Arrangements for may
be made for baby-sitting and cooking.
Neighbourhood
Many of Mauritius top class hotels are within close proximity, and offer a
good choice of restaurants and a wide range of activities.
Activities available nearby include deep-sea fishing, kite surfing, sea
cruise on catamaran, sight-seeing at Parc National des Gorges, Casela
Leisure Park with its 1500 different birds, its elands, zebras, wallabies,
etc, entertainment and sport at Park Adventure, horse riding, mountain
bike
riding and hiking at Les Ecuries de la Vieille Cheminée (Chamarel), quad
biking excursions and Via Ferrata. Tennis, swimming pool and restaurant at
Riverland – a friendly club in Tamarin. Golf enthusiasts will love the
facilities at Le Paradis Golf Course. There are also several casinos at
Flic en Flac and Le Morne.
