Poste Lafayette is just
south of Roches Noires, the
exclusive residential beach resort par excellence.
Often
it conceals several luxury beach houses behind high walls. We have several in
our portfolio, as well as smaller ones,
useful for smaller families.
Villa Perce-Neige
Overview
A comfortable 2-bedroom bungalow situated in a garden sloping down to the
quiet beach of Poste Lafayette,
whose lagoon is protected by coral reefs, on the east coast of the island.
A car is essential to access supermarkets, banks, restaurants (15 to 30
minutes by car) and sightseeing areas.
75 minutes drive from the airport.
Inside
The sitting-room/dining room (TV/DVD & Stereo) gives on to a partially open veranda
furnished with rattan chairs.
The main bedroom has a double queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2
twin beds which can be put together.
Possibility of providing an additional bed in one of the bedrooms on
request.
Both bedrooms have a mobile aircon and share a shower-room/wc.
.Hair-dryer, bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided
Equipment
– Kitchen & Others
Fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric oven, toaster, electric
kettle, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, BBQ
Guests can give their laundry for washing or ironing to the maid
(supplement)
Cooking by direct arrangement with the maid.
Staff
A
maid is in attendance for 2 hrs every day (except on bank
holidays).
Fresh baguette in the morning, breakfast, dinner on request and supplement;
Watchman from 18 h until 6 h ( 6 days per week)
There is a kite-surf school next door and a world class
spot on the public beach at Poste Lafayette.
Experienced kite-surfers can start right in front of the bungalow.

Neighbourhood
Several of the best hotels on the island (5* One & Only St Geran and Le
Prince Maurice) are close by. A selection of restaurants and shops are
within a 15 minute drive at Belle-Mare, Trou d’Eau Douce and Flacq.
Bustling Grand Baie (30 minutes by car on north coast) offers catamaran
excursions, underwater sea-scooters, scuba diving, a hypermarket, an array
of restaurants and smart duty-free boutiques at Sunset Boulevard.
Activities nearby include deep-sea fishing (October to June), kite surf,
wind surf, catamaran excursions to GRSE waterfall or Ile aux Cerfs which
also boasts lovely beaches and a professional golf course. A professional
golf course in Belle-Mare is also available to non-residents. Domaine de
l’Etoile offers a table d’hôte as well as trekking, 4 x 4 ranging, mountain
biking, quad tours and archery.
