An elegant 3-bedroom
villa of with ravenal-covered walls to keep inside temperature fresh,
situated in second position in a tropical garden, 50m from the sandy beach
of Poste Lafayette, on the East coast of the island. The back garden boasts
a private swimming pool with two sun loungers and direct access to the back
terrace.
Accommodation
Ground Floor
The spacious living/dining room is furnished
with sofa, armchairs, free standing lamp, dining table and chairs seating 8
people. It opens on to both the front and back terraces which have raffia
blinds to protect from the sun and are secured by metal sliding shutters.
The front terrace has wooden armchairs, a table and direct access to the
garden. The back terrace has a sitting area with comfortable sofas and
coffee table as well as a wooden dining table and chairs seating 8 people.
It has direct access to the kitchen, swimming pool and back garden.
Guest WC
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (2m x 2m), air con,
bedside tables, shower room with twin wash basins, WC and storage unit. It
opens directly out on to the front terrace.
Equipped kitchen (with access to back terrace):
Fridge-freezer, gas cooker with 5 burners, microwave, dishwasher, kettle,
coffee-maker and double sink.
Small laundry room
with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Upstairs
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (1m90 x90cm), air con,
wardrobe, bedside tables.
Bedroom 3: Double
bed (2m x 1m90), air con, wardrobe, bedside tables, ensuite shower room with
wash basin and WC.
Separate shower room with wash basin and WC.
Swimming pool:
5m x 3m x 0m40-1m10 Diving is not allowed. As
the swimming pool is not fenced off, it is imperative that children are
strictly supervised.

Maid service from Monday to Saturday 08:30 – 12:00 (except bank
holidays)
