Bedroom 1: Double bed (1.80m), air conditioning and en-suite shower room with twin basin and WC. Door leading to the terrace with access to the swimming pool.
Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with double bed (1.80m) with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath tub, shower and basin. Direct access to ocean facing terrace.

Separate  guest cloakroom.

Large open plan living room with sofas and direct access to the ocean facing terrace.
TV Corner with sofa, fan, TV and satellite channels (Canal +), DVD player and telephone.

Dining area with dining table for 6 guests and side board.

Kitchen: Dish washer, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, gas cooker with 4 rings, double sink and breakfast table for 8 guests with view on the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is a Laundry room with a fridge, washing machine, a sink, ironing board and iron.

First Floor:

Bedroom 3: Two single beds (2x 0.90m) which can be combined to a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath tub, shower, wash basin and WC.
This bedroom leads to an ocean facing terrace.

Bedroom 4: Two single beds ( 2 x 0.90m) which can be combined to a double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.

The terrace at the rear of the villa has a dining table for 6 guests, a small lounge area with wooden sofas for 6 people and access to the sea facing front of the villa with its garden and steps leading down to the beach.

Garden :Spacious garden at the rear of the villa with BBQ equipment and with direct access to the beach. Parking for several cars.

Swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1m 70.
A table and chairs with pool umbrella

4 Plastic chairs

Note: diving not permitted in the swimming pool     
Children should be supervised at all times as the pool is not protected.

If a professional "chef" is required by the guests, an additional charge of £25 per day will apply
