Overview
Villa Athenee is a newly built (late 2008) spacious thatched villa with private
pool right on a quiet golden beach.
There are an abundance of indoor and outdoor living areas and an attractive deck
and pool.
A wonderful villa for a family reunion or a group of friends travelling
together.

The main open plan living room has a sofa and chairs, small table and Plasma TV
with Satellite channels, small sideboard with lamp
and view of the beach through the window and access to the swimming pool.
The main Dining area with dining table and with seating for 8 guests and direct
access to the deck with view on the beach and swimming pool.
The villa has an interior garden with an open plan winter living and dining
area.
The winter lounge area has sofas, chairs and coffee table and a dining area for
4 guests.
The interior garden courtyard is a welcome feature with various tropical plants
and the downstairs bedrooms lead off the court yard.
The infinity swimming pool (salted water) and outdoor entertainment area is a
major feature of the villa.
The pool 4m wide and 12 m long has minimum depth of 1m10cm and maximum depth of
1m70.
There are wooden sun loungers on the deck by the swimming pool with view of the
beach.
On one side of the swimming pool is a dining gazebo with wooden dining table for
8 guests for al fresco dining
and another relaxing living area under a gazebo with sofas and table on the
other side of the pool
Upstairs on a mezzanine floor is the master bedroom with
Double bed (Size is 2m x 1m80), two air-conditioning units, reading table and
chair and sofa.
The windows open to the view of the swimming pool with the ocean beyond.
The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub, separate shower, twin wash basin and WC.
There is the dressing area with wardrobe, chest of drawers and safe.
The 4 bedrooms on the ground floor are arranged as 2 sets of 2 bedrooms each
with each set having its own bathroom (shower) and wc
Bedroom 1: Double bed (Size is 2m x 1m80), air-conditioning, wardrobe and
reading table and chair.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (Size is 1m80 x 90cm), air-conditioning, wardrobe and
reading table and chair.
Shower room for bedroom 1 & 2 with shower only and hand basin. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (Size is 1m80 x 90cm), air-conditioning, wardrobe,
reading table and chair.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds (Size is 1m80 x 90cm) and a pull out third bed,
air-conditioning, wardrobe, reading table and chair.
Shower room for bedroom 1 & 2 with shower only and hand basin. Separate toilet.
The stylish kitchen with granite tops and inox fittings is well equipped with a
dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, 3 sinks, toaster, coffee maker,
kettle, microwave, gas hob with 5 rings, electric oven and small refrigerated wine cellar for
21 bottles.
From the kitchen there is a view on the ocean and direct access to the terrace.
Next to the kitchen is a Laundry room with washing machine, Iron board and iron.
A 5m (8 persons) capacity boat with 2x 30hp outboard engines with its skipper
can be requested for fishing or boat tour in the lagoon for a fee
