This charming 5-bedroom villa is situated in a small lawned tropical garden overlooking the quiet beach of Pointe d’Esny, on the South-East coast of the island. Stone steps lead to the beach. Its size and location makes it an ideal holiday home for a large family or a group of friends with children.

Ground Floor

The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with rattan armchairs, sofas, coffee table, sideboard and TV (French satellite channels and one English News channel). The dining area has a table seating 8, 12 dining chairs, a dresser, 3 wooden bar stools and a breakfast bar opening on to the kitchen. Direct access to a covered terrace, with sea views, boasting a dining table and 4 wooden chairs for alfresco meals, 5 plastic sun loungers and 10 garden chairs.

Bedroom 1 (sea view): Double bed (2m x 1m90), 2 side tables and lamps, air con, ceiling fan, shower room with storage area, shower, wash basin and WC. Direct access to the garden.
A second living room, at the back of the property, opens on to the garden through  large sliding patio doors dressed with raffia blinds to provide shade from the sun. This light  room is furnished with comfortable rattan armchairs, coffee table, sideboard and dresser as well as a wooden dining table, 8 chairs and a sideboard.
Guest cloakroom.
Laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Well-equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezers (2), 4 gas burners, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, small radio.

Upstairs

Master bedroom (sea view):King-size bed (2m x 2m), side tables and lamps, air con, ceiling fan, dressing table and chair. Living area with sofa, TV, telephone and mini bar. En-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, bath, shower, double washbasins and WC.
Bedroom 3 (sea view): Double bed (2m x 1m90), side tables and lamps, air con, ceiling fan, wardrobe. En-suite shower room, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (1m90 x 90cm), side tables and lamps, air con, ceiling fan, wardrobe, garden view. En-suite shower room, washbasin and WC.
Bedroom 5 (sleeps 4 children): 2 trundle beds (1m90 x 80cm), side table and lamps, wardrobe, aircon, ceiling fan, garden view.
Access to bedroom 4 en-suite bathroom via the corridor.
Separate WC for bedroom 5.

STAFF

Maid and cooking services from Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 (except bank holidays)
(An additional maid is available from 09:00 – 14:00 if more than 6 guests)

(Please note that dinner is prepared in advance during normal working hours.
