Paradise Beach are luxury beachfront apartments of 3 bedrooms and a penthouse of 4 bedrooms
situated on the powder white beach at Pointe D’Esny, in the South East of Mauritius

Pointe d’Esny is a select, largely residential beach neighbourhood, which is a short distance from the town of Mahébourg which provides for a touch of local authenticity and a window onto typical island life.

Amenities at Paradise beach include a large magnesium-treated swimming pool and spacious deck area, bicycles and kayaks for free use, beach gazebo, daily housekeeping and an on-site manager.

Accommodation

There are 10 apartments in two separate buildings, of which 4 apartments (3 Bedrooms en-suite) are situated on the Ground Floor (Premium).
An additional 4 apartments (3 Bedrooms en-suite) are on the First floor (Deluxe),
and finally, 2 large Penthouses (4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms) on the third level.

Apartments: 160 square metres
Penthouses, 250 square metres

The Lounge / Living Area has sofa and coffee table, iPod docking station, DVD player, flat-screen 40” all mounted television, fan + air conditioning, mini safe and internet access wireless connection provided. Dining table and chairs. Each apartment has a sea-facing sitting area between lounge and balcony and open plan access to kitchen. All balconies are furnished with outdoor furniture and stainless steel railings.

Balcony
Apartments: Two-seater sofa and two single chairs as well as a low table. Barbecue area supplied with 1 Weber Gas Grill (model Q200)

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Master bedrooms have Flat-screen 40” LCD television

3 bedroom Apartments: King Size Bed in Master Bedroom with direct access to balcony and lounge areas, Bedroom 2 (queen size bed) and Bedroom 3 twin beds

3 bedroom Apartments: Twin basins in Master Bathroom, single basins in bathrooms 2 and 3
Stand Alone Bath tub in Apts A2, A3, A4, B3 and B4; Concrete bathtub in Apts A1 & B1 and Concealed Bathtub: Apt B2. All baths benefit from sea view with corner windows at bathroom corner.
Shower cabins: Every bathroom except, where there is a concrete Bathtub (shower
mixer included)

Kitchen
American style open plan kitchen with counter and bar stools (view on the ocean), dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, mixer, kettle and microwave. Washer drier, ironing board and iron. Nespresso Machine (with 10 capsules provided)

Services included
Housekeeping is provided 6 times weekly - two maids at a time to fully service the apartment. Sundays and public holidays will cost an additional Rs 650 per service and payable on checkout if requested by clients.
Linen provided: High quality cotton sheets and towels. Beach towels also provided. Linen changed three times weekly

Dining
Restaurant and Food Menu - Each apartment will have a take out menu where items may be ordered from local restaurants and delivered to them at the apartment. This will include local dishes, breakfasts, pizzas and seasonal fresh produce, seafood and fruits
as well as drinks.

Pool and gardening service - Pool cleaned daily and garden weekly.
Wireless Internet free of charge in every apartment
French and English Satellite TV (50 % apartments English and 50% French)

Beach and Swimming - Clients will enjoy soft and white powdery sand. Swimming is perfectly safe for children and swimmers in general. Children should nevertheless be under supervision of their parents.

Weather
Increased chance of windy conditions June to September, great for kite surfing. Paradise beach enjoys excellent weather from October to May.

Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to the lesser of 50% of the rental amount or three nights stay will be authorized from the clients credit card against any potential damages to the property, to be charged should damages occur, items go missing or excessive cleaning be necessary

Neighbourhood
The small historical town of Mahébourg is 5 minutes away and holds a weekly market every Monday.  Its array of small exotic shops and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines are the usual delights of all visitors. A visit to the Naval Museum and the typical local biscuit factory is of interest. The snorkelling enthusiasts should not miss Blue Bay Marine Park, as this is a unique spot to discover the rarest coral specimens of our marine fauna. A trip by catamaran to l’Ile aux Cerfs ,well known for its beautiful beaches, watersports and professional golf course is recommended.  25minutes away by car is Le Domaine du Chasseur (well-known restaurant on the side of the mountain offering breathtaking views of part of the South-East coast) as well as Domaine Ylang-Ylang (essential oils).
