Right opposite l'ile aux Aigrettes is Pointe d'Esny, a quiet resort between Mahebourg and Blue Bay. Slightly windy in winter, this coast is glorious during the summer months when swimming in the lagoon and lazing in the warm sun are at their best. All our villas in Pointe d'Esny are close to Le Club Nautique de Pointe d'Esny where all water sports including kite-surf are practised.

DESCRIPTION

Villa Mimosa is a comfortable 3-bedroom villa with private pool in an exquisite tropical garden on the other side of the small coastal road between Le Preskil hotel and the Pointe d’Esny Yacht Club. Barely 300m from the hotel and less than 100m from the Club, the villa provides her tenants with access to facilities of both the hotel (restaurant, spa, boat house etc) and the Club.

Inside

Ground floor : The living/dining room which opens onto the terrace is furnished in a modern style: cane suite with cushions, TV with DSTV channels, DVD player, ceiling fan etc. The modern American style kitchen is well equipped.
Laundry room (ironing board, iron and washing machine).
Guest toilet.

First floor: All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and are air-conditioned.
The master bedroom (double bed 2m00 x 1m90 has a nice view of the pool and the front garden and has its own attached washroom with shower and WC. The 2 other bedrooms have twin beds (1m90 x 0m90) and share a second washroom with shower and a separate WC.

Kitchen equipment
Gas cooker (4 rings), microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, double sink and breakfast bar.

Pool
Diving not authorised. As the pool is not fenced, children have to be supervised at all times.

House-keeping services daily 4 hours (except public holidays)
