Aigrettes is Pointe d'Esny, a quiet resort between Mahebourg and Blue Bay.
Slightly windy in winter, this coast is glorious during the summer months when swimming in
the lagoon and lazing in the warm sun are at their best. All our villas in
Pointe d'Esny are next door to Le Club Nautique de Pointe d'Esny where all water
sports including kite-surf are practised.
Villa La Dorade
Next door to the "Club Nautique de Blue Bay" is this
well-appointed 3-bedroom villa of 231m² with
its open terrace
looking out onto the Bay of Mahebourg and Ile aux
Aigrettes, a nature reserve for birds and endemic plants.
Built only 15m from the sea and bordering a small creek it provides absolute
safety for children.
Large open terrace leading to a spacious lounge/diner and
American style kitchen comprising dish washer,
fridge/freezer, toaster, split oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, gas
cooker with 4 burners, a small dining table and chairs and access to the
terrace.
Next to the kitchen is a Laundry room with washing machine,
ironing board and iron.
All
3 bedrooms are on the ground floor
Air-conditioned master bedroom: double
bed (2m x 1m80) with ocean view and en-suite bathroom (shower only, & wc)
Air-conditioned twin bedroom (2 single beds 1m80 x 0m90)
Air-conditioned bedroom: double bed (2m x 1m80)
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom (shower only & wc)
First floor (mezzanine style)
Living room with table and chairs, playing table, TV with satellite channels,
telephone, 1 sofa bed where a child can sleep.
View on the sea and Ile aux Aigrettes island through the window
Internet connection via ADSL (3 Euros per
day)
BBQ equipment
Catamaran and can be rented at 10 Euros per day
Maid: 2 hours every day except Sundays and Public Holidays for house work
(cleaning etc)
Extra fee for cooking and preparation of meals (4 Euros per meal)
Sleeps maximum of 6 adults & 1 child
